Our custom home in Ladue is coming along nicely! This home is a custom 1-1/2 story based on our Greenbriar home design. At DH Custom Homes, we love partnering with the homeowners to make design decisions specific to their personal needs, budget and tastes. We’ve really enjoyed working with the homeowners throughout this process!

Here is a recent video of the flat workers putting in the driveway. Don’t you just love the exterior of this home?! It has such curb appeal. We will continue to work on the circle drive this week, weather permitting.

While the flat workers polish up the outside, work is underway inside as well. We are currently making progress on the job-finished hardwood floor. This week we are sanding, staining, sealing and putting a coat of polyurethane on the red oak plank flooring.

Check back for photos on the progress of the interior. It’s looking beautiful and has some very smart and original custom features!
