Recently, we completed work on a customized Greenbriar with a Tudor elevation at The Summit at BaratHaven for the Simon Family. The entire floor plan was reworked with the addition of some very nice functional and charming spaces, which help lift this home to new heights.
The family kitchen area on the original Greenbriar design creates a fantastic space for entertaining, family gathering and cooking. However, by swapping around the kitchen and hearth room, the Simon’s achieved the beautiful “open space” they wanted, with lots of windows, perfect for enjoying their new outdoor surroundings.
