We just completed work on a home that will be perfect for holiday entertaining for many years to come. This custom home in St. Charles was a lot of fun to work on because the homeowners had a beautiful vision and we were able to completely customize and make it their home. Our Pendleton 1-1/2 story home design was modified to suit the homeowners’ preferences, from floor plan changes to gorgeous finishes!

We created a custom first floor by opening up the family kitchen to the great room. By bookending the large space with a beautiful, professional kitchen, custom stone fireplace and built-in bookshelves, the homeowners created a great home for both everyday living and entertaining.

We love the stylish yet classic kitchen with its stacked, illuminated cabinets.

Another excellent feature of this home that lends itself to wonderful family living and entertaining is the thoughtful placement of the stairs. The stairs are located in the kitchen which makes for a grand hall when you come through the front door. Plus, they are at a more convenient location where the family living and entertaining is taking place. Guests and family members alike have quick access to the custom lower level home theater.

The homeowners also created an elegant refuge out of their master suite by adding a fireplace in the bedroom and a luxurious walk-in shower in the master bath.

We were happy to deliver this luxury custom home in time for the holidays and hope the family enjoys it for many years to come.
