Although the weather in St. Louis has been cold and we have seen much snow, progress continues on this custom Greenbriar in The Summit at BaratHaven. 

At the heart of every home is the kitch.  A place to gather, eat and socialize.  Often, it is the busiest roon in the home.  And with activity comes the need for storage and organization.  Such is the case with our recent kitchen renovation project, an older home in Warson Woods built in 1979.

With the weather this cold outside, it is time to get some inside projects accomplished.   Do have a room you are finally ready to decorate or redecorate?

We are always excited when customers are more than pleased with their DH Custom Home or renovation project and we would like to share one such family and their story.

Harry and Clotiel Finney contacted DH Custom Homes after being referred by Clotiel’s sister.  They would be the first renovation client for DH Custom Homes. 

It has been a month since we started reporting the progress of a current home build in the Summit at BaratHaven and you can see what a difference a month makes.

It’s that time of the year, family and friends travel miles to be close to the ones they love.  For many that means out-of-town guests.   Making room for guests during the holidays can be challenging.  You want them to feel comfortable and at home without the feeling of being in the way.

In a couple of days families will gather to enjoy a wonderful Thanksgiving feast and in the weeks following will most likely begin to start the Christmas traditions of decorating and trimming the tree.  This time of the year is filled with family, memories and traditions, but do not forget to keep it safe.

Take a look at our current project and what a difference a day can make.  This custom Greenbriar is currently in progress in The Summit at BaratHaven.  Digging began on October 25 and here is the progress up to November 17 and 18.
