Business on the Rise

This spring has been such an exciting time at DH Custom Homes. We’re enjoying our busiest building season yet.  Business is on the rise throughout the St. Louis real estate market and activity at DH Custom Homes is no exception. Lower Level Upgrade Complete

We recently completed a lower level finish in Fenton with a special twist. A family came to us with a desire to completely re-imagine their lower level. They wanted to include a rec room, wet bar, half-bath and exercise room. We love a challenge so we dove right in! In addition to the interior changes, we decided to make a BIG change with a BIGGER impact to the exterior wall and surrounding area.

I think it’s in this spirit that we’ve developed such an appreciation for the historical development of the American home. Personally, I love anything from the 1920s through the 1970s!  And it’s a huge influence on my taste in Christmas décor – kitschy, indeed.
